Gr8 weekend, spent Saturday & Sunday in the company of only Michelle and that rocked.. Watched 'Brothers Grimm', went out for dinner, chilled at home.. etc

Looking forward to next weekend for the combined birthday celebrations of the nosaJ and maS, with the possibility of some psychedelic-fungus enhancement.. good times.

So... my furry little friends, the NewYears/Xmas thing is over, back at shitty shitty work nursing a hang-over straight outta Beelzebub's anal cavity (damn it those yellow capsules!!) but with zero regrets.. Shot to all who made my NewYears/Birthday so totally awesome.. Hope to see you all at the Winnie this weekend for _greykat 's and android_lime 's party, should be a blast!

Other than that, Xmas was pretty quiet - half being spent with Mich's family (as well as some close friends) & the rest chilling and getting elegantly wasted at 'The House of 19 Cats' (NOT Rob Zombie's new movie ;-)).. Mid last week was spent poncing around the South Coast and chilling with some ol' mates from that whole in the ground called Johannesburg...

Now excuse me while I get the fuck outta here and make my way home to indulge in some fine Nottingham Rd Brewery liquidation.. muahahahaha

I promised myself to not get involved in this fucking goth vs ebm debate ever, to be perfectly frank i don't give a flying fuck how our scene gets perceived by anyone...ever.

Nevertheless.....

A little about me - i am NOT a goth (duh!), don't pretend to be 'dark' or 'deep' or whatever the fuck.. The entire goth culture is built upon 'feeling like an outcast so let's surround ourselves by other misfits and pretend it's about being intelligent and deep'.. FUCK THAT!! Being intelligent, in my opinion, is accepting 'the system', understanding it, then using it to your  advantage. The 'man' always wins, no fucking way anyone's gonna beat 'him' by wearing a few pentagrams and poncing around in hats. Sure some goth music is cool, the post punk era stuff that still had balls, but the music's hardly the point - I'm talking about mentality, or perhaps Durban just happens to have a very insecure and pathetic approach the whole 'goth' thing and my personal experiences have influenced my view on the subject..

If anyone's confused why I'm posting this, I was referring to this load of crap..
